2. Information We Collect
We collect the following information:
- Registration details: name, email, phone
- Business details: business name, category, description, location
- Photos and media you upload
- Usage history and site activity
- Technical information: IP address, browser type
- The content of messages you send to businesses in chat
3. How We Use Information
The information is used for:
- Operating the site and providing services
- Contacting you regarding your account
- Improving the service and personalization
- Sending updates and notifications (with your consent)

4. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared:
- With other users (public profile details only)
- With service providers acting on our behalf, including AI providers: Google (Gemini) and AWS (Bedrock)

Automated processing and AI
Some information on the site is processed automatically, including by third-party AI providers. This processing covers the content of chat messages between a customer and a business. Conversations with our smart assistant (InnerBot) are also stored, and we use them to measure answer quality and improve the service.
- The purpose is measurement and quality: understanding which inquiries bring real value to businesses, and identifying unsuitable content
- Phone numbers and email addresses are masked before processing, and we do not send the names of people or businesses
- No automated decision is made about you, and no personal rating is assigned to you
- The result is stored only by us and is never shown to the business you wrote to
- It is deleted together with the conversation itself
- You may ask at any time that the content of your conversations not undergo this processing, by contacting us
Advertiser lead forms and landing pages
When you fill in a contact or sign-up form in an advertiser's campaign or on a landing page hosted on the InnerPo platform (URLs of the form /c/…), you provide details such as name, phone and email. InnerPo collects these details, and they are transferred to the advertiser and/or the advertising agency that published the campaign in order to contact you. From the point of transfer, the advertiser and/or agency are independent controllers of the data and act under their own privacy policy.
- We may also collect technical and engagement data (session ID, device type, time spent on the page and page interactions) to measure campaign performance
- The information is used to contact you following your inquiry and to send marketing communications subject to your consent
- Requests regarding the advertiser's or agency's use of the data should be directed to them
5. Information Security
We implement advanced security measures to protect your information, including encryption, restricted access, and monitoring of suspicious activity.
6. Our Cookies
The site uses cookies that are necessary for it to run, together with measurement cookies for traffic analysis and service improvement. A consent request is shown on your first visit, and measurement cookies are loaded only after you accept. You can change your choice at any time through the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the site, and you can also manage cookies through your browser settings.

We retain your information as long as your account is active or as required by law. After account deletion, information will be deleted within 30 days.
9. Mobile App Specific Data
When you use the InnerPo mobile application, the following additional data practices apply:
Device & Usage Data
The app may collect device type, operating system version, advertising identifiers, and crash logs. This data is used solely for performance improvements, analytics, and enhancing your experience.
App Permissions
The app may request the following permissions:
- Camera & Gallery – to upload business or profile images
- Location – to find relevant services and businesses near you
- Push Notifications – to receive updates, alerts, and important messages
Third-Party Services
The app integrates third-party SDKs, including Google Play Services and Firebase, which may collect data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review their respective policies.
Data & Account Deletion
You have the right to request full deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time. You can do so directly through the app's settings or by contacting us at office@innerpo.com. Upon receiving your request, we will permanently delete your data within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.
